In the past few days I have being working on some squad tactics that have come to be very effective for me and my squad. Here are a list of tactics that seem to work
1. Stay with your squad and stay as a group.
2. If you and your squad mates are slit up try to stay in pairs so you have some one watching your back
3. Fight together to push for objectives
Comment if you have any other good tactics

My tactics: rush the enemy with no fear of death and enter a level of badassery only rivaled by getting a perfect, all basic, flaylock pistol, head shot insta kill...or die horribly.

As a sniper, I like to keep my focus near where the rest of my squad is at. So, even if you are running alone...big brother is watching.

Agreed, squads need to form up, stick together, and push objectives as a unit. Strength is in numbers.
This is vitally important in my experience in PC matches because any other good team is going to use the same tactics and if your squad is spread out too far they will pick you off one by one.
In my role as a logi, I find it best for me to stick right with the heavy in the squad and keep him supported with scans, reps, and hives.
