Hey all! Not sure if I am supposed to be starting a new thread or not, but here it goes. I am new to the whole idea of first person shooters, as well as being new to the dust game. I have 1.7 million skill points(I think). Most of my upgrades have gone towards drop suit upgrades and I plan on continuing in that path. My question is, how do I make a logistics suit? Redwall asked me today to use an armor repairing tool. Well, I don't know what that is or how to use it. I would like to have a weak logistics suit always handy just in case. I am familiar with how to play as a logistic, my only problem is the suit itself. Is the medic the same as the logistics? Hopefully you will stick with me and won't get too irritated as I continue to upgrade and get better at playing the game.

A medic is a type of a logi. The suit can be used many ways but plays a support role in the game. If u need any help setting things up feel free to ask me any time. I also have a logi tips and tricks thread. I use the amarr logi suit and have it maxed in almost every way.

James will help you out. If you have any questions I will try to help you out too because I asked you for it. The Medic Droid is my medic and has play with me for the last 9 months this game has been out so he does know how I play and what I need so if you want to be a good Logi you can ask him too.

Do I have to level up my logistics slot in order to buy Logi suits? Because the only ones I have access to either take LP or AUR.

Yes u do have to put sp into suits to get at least a basic logi suit. There r no milita logi suits. I wish they had at least 1. U should have a starter suit that is a medic suit that mite have 2 equipment slots but I think it only has 1. The big part of being a logi is carrying more then 1 equipment.

I need some help please fellow logis. I have really started getting into being a logi and want to really step up my game. Since the suit respec I have skilled into Minmitar logis. Now I have the advanced suit and I'm not sure what the best load out would be for all the slots(3 high, 3 low and 3 equip). Right now I am running a combat rifle, flux grenade, enhanced damage mod, two shield mods, three armor mods, R-9 uplink, RK...? nanohive(the one where you can drop two at a time), and a BDR rep tool. I do have other fittings but I keep coming back to this one the most. I want to be combat effective if I need to protect a point but still be a great logi. I know since I'm not proto I can only be so good but anyway. So I'm not sure if this is a good setup or not. It's working now(1,000ish wp/match) but I just want to know if there is a better setup that can help my squad/team more. Thanks, drty

I usaly use 3 different logi set ups for every day pubs. For high and low mods urs look like what u would use. Make shore u have armor reps because no one reps the logi keeping heavys alive. I usaly use an injector the rep tool and swich the drop links, NH and scans for my therd EQ slot. Lots off ppl hate the injector but I find it can be very affective if used right..... unlike a lot of ppl do with it. Lol. Its also light weight on cpu and pg so u can stack more armor or shields. Its also a good wp farmer
